Position Summary

The Accounting Staff will support the company's daily financial operations by performing general accounting tasks, data entry, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system (journal entries).
  • Perform reconciliation of financial data such as bank, petty cash, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Conduct accurate and timely data entry, ensuring completeness of supporting documents.
  • Prepare and organize payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and transaction records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and internal reports.
  • Organize, check, and file all financial documents properly for easy reference and audit purposes.
  • Support stock opname (inventory checking) and internal audit activities when required.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth documentation and information flow.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and suppliers when needed.
  • Handle other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years experience in accounting or administrative role (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic accounting systems (SQL, AutoCount, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
