Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records, including issuance of invoices, debit/credit notes, journal vouchers, and all related documentation.
  • Handle the recording of transactions, bank-in processes, issuance of official receipts (where applicable), petty cash management, subcontractor transactions, trade payments, and other payment activities.
  • Enter sales orders and manage inventory-related documents such as delivery orders and goods received notes.
  • Process purchase order documentation and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Support interim and year-end audits by preparing required documents, confirmations, and related materials.
  • Assist with tax matters and the In-Country Value (ICV) program by providing relevant documents and information.
  • Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for all accounting and administrative records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience using the Macola system is an added advantage.
  • Independent, proactive, results-oriented, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills.
