Job Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Support Project Manager in tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Schedule site visits, technical checks, and installation dates
  • Prepare and update project status reports for internal and client use

Sales & Documentation

  • Draft and process quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and agreements
  • Ensure documents comply with SOPs and regulatory standards (SEDA, ST, CIDB)
  • Track project milestones and update sales pipeline reports

Client Communication

  • Liaise with clients on project details, payment schedules, and regulatory submissions (e.g. NEM applications)
  • Provide timely updates and coordinate feedback with the team

Internal Coordination

  • Work with technical, finance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Update CRM/ERP systems and generate monthly performance reports

Requirements:

  • SPM, STPM, Diploma or higher in Business Admin, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in sales/project admin (renewable energy or construction preferred)
  • Familiar with solar industry documentation and regulatory bodies (SEDA, ST, CIDB)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects and communicate professionally
  • Multilingual (English, Bahasa Melayu, Chinese) preferred
