Sales Admin

Responsibilities:
- Handling internal and external customer orders and services,CN,SO follow up place order.
2.Process POS, SOs and related document, and coordinating with production on delivery schedules.
3.Coordinate with customers on order updates, stock availability,delivery and complaints (other than product quality).
4.Handling sales-related documents:delivery orders,prepare invoices PGI on time,etc.
5.Monitor order completion status and alert relevant departments on urgent or delayed items.
6.Maintain accurate sales data in the system and update daily reports.
7.Prepare monthly sales performance and other reports.
Updating Policies,SOPs,Forms,Guideline,etc for Cake Factory.
Handling other administrative work like FW permit,medicine,uniform,etc.
Skill required:
1.Attention to detail ans accuracy in data entry.
- Customer service-oriented communication.
3.Basic knowledge of inventory systems and order tracking.
- Minimum 6 month working experience in admin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
