Sales Admin (Client Servicing & Sales Support)

About Us:
Medalab is Malaysia's leading custom medal supplier, serving sports events and corporate clients nationwide. We're expanding our operations and looking for a Sales Admin to help manage client follow-ups, orders, invoicing, and basic admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing clients to confirm orders.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Track payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Handle paperwork such as staff claims, filing, and simple reporting.
- Keep sales records organized in Google Sheets / system.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive in follow-ups.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business.
