Key Responsibilities (QC Assistant)

  • Conduct Flow Cytometry Analysis and quality testing for immunotherapy and stem cell therapy products.
  • Perform Sterility, Endotoxin, and Mycoplasma Tests in accordance with GMP procedures.
  • Inspect and test incoming raw materials, intermediates, and final products before release.
  • Prepare agar media and environmental test plates for microbiological screening.
  • Carry out cleanroom environmental monitoring (air, surface, and personnel).
  • Maintain GMP documentation, reports, and records accurately.
  • In-charge of Purchasing material/ stocks related to QC and Production Department.
  • Support cleanroom maintenance, sterilization, and material stock control — including monitoring environmental conditions, preparing sterilized garments and consumables, assisting in cleanroom sanitization activities to maintain aseptic conditions, and managing inventory and proper disposal of expired materials.
  • Assist with in-house validation and report any equipment or cleanroom deviations.
  • Collect and deliver product as required.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge in GMP / laboratory / pharmaceutical and microbiological or cell-based testing methods is an advantage.
  • Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom (controlled environment)
  • Possess a valid driving license (D)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
