A leading and reputable MNC manufacturer is seeking an experienced F
inance Manager
to oversee its accounting and financial operations.
Role Description
- Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standard.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, statutory audits, and regulatory reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance, providing actionable insights to management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with company standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, promoting accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis, cost management, and investment evaluation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CAT, CIMA a plus)
- 3–5 years managerial experience; IFRS knowledge preferred
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel/BI tools and ability to influence key business decisions.
