Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day content, social scheduling, basic analytics, and campaign coordination. You'll collaborate with creators, designers and strategists to ship high-quality short-form content and keep our channels lively.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end content creation: simple scripting, shoots, thumbnail/cover design, short-form video edits
  • Manage posting calendars across IG/TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/XHS; ensure on-time publishing and consistency
  • Track performance (views, retention, CTR, engagement) and prepare simple weekly summaries
  • Community ops: manage comments/DMs, escalate issues, coordinate with partners/KOLs
  • On-site support for shoots, events and collabs; handle basic asset/org & file management

Requirements

  • Familiar with major social platforms (IG/TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/XHS)
  • Basic video editing (Premiere/CapCut or similar) and simple design (Canva/Figma)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable communicating on set and online

Nice to have

  • Experience writing short-form hooks and captions
  • Basic understanding of platform algorithms & content best practices
  • Exposure to analytics dashboards (native platform or third-party)
