Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle new flight bookings, date changes, and cancellations.
  • Provide guidance on flight connections, explain fare rules, and detail baggage allowance regulations.
  • Arrange alternative flights and accommodation (if necessary) during flight disruptions (cancellations/delays).
  • Search and process reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and/or proprietary booking systems.
  • Manage customer interactions via Phone, Email, and Chat tools.

Secondary Duties: Internal & External Coordination (English)

  • Communicate with Airlines (Carriers) to confirm fares and coordinate reservation numbers.
  • Gather information on baggage issues and flight operational updates using English.
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as hotels and ground transport services.
  • Compose professional English emails and comprehend instructions/data on English system interfaces.

Application Requirements

  1. Educational Background (Minimum)

  2. College/Associate degree with 3+ years of professional experience.

  3. Bachelor's degree (New graduates are welcome to apply).

  4. English Communication Skills

  5. Business English Level required for daily communication, system comprehension, and email correspondence with Korean or Japanese native skills

  6. Ability to effectively coordinate and negotiate with International Airlines and Global Teams in English.

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 18:00 (8 working hours + 1 hour break).
  • Shifts may include 8:00–17:00 or 8:30–18:00 (with a 1-hour break).
  • Days Off: Two days per week.
  • Holidays: If required to work on a public holiday, a compensatory day-off will be provided.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: RM 10,000 to RM 15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
