Role Description

This is an
internship role
as a
Sustainability Intern
at RS Eco Group. The role involves tasks such as upskilling clients' in line with the requirements of sustainability certification schemes and carrying out site assessments across Malaysia.

Requirements

  • University student enrolled in diploma/bachelor's degree in Science / Agriculture / any environmental degrees or equivalent
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other locally used languages are an advantage; please highlight when applying)
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated and enjoy people management
  • Enthusiastic, keen to learn and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively with our Operations team
  • Involvement in various aspects of project deliverables when assigned (Report writing, policy preparation, site assessment)

Role Summary

You will work closely with our operations team to deliver value to our clients. We will provide in-house training to support your development and learning. You will also receive training on the fundamentals of ESG principles and have the chance to specialize in a specific area of sustainability that aligns with your interests. Additionally, you will have the opportunity for one-on-one coaching with our Chief Executive Officer for personal development.
