Investor Relations Department is a professional consultancy department in MVP International Capital specializing in strategic Investor Relations (IR), financial communications, and corporate messaging for public-listed and high-growth companies across Asia. With an expanding client base in Hong Kong, Malaysia, we have established a local office to strengthen regional support.

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented professional to join our Malaysia team. This role combines day-to-day administrative duties with direct support for investor relations operations. You will help ensure smooth communications with clients, assist in the preparation of IR materials, and manage supporting workflows. This is a valuable opportunity to grow within a regional IR environment.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR) Support

  • Assist in preparing PR materials, including presentation decks, Q&A summaries, company factsheets, and press releases
  • Support investor meetings and corporate events (scheduling, logistics, notes)
  • Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and investor feedback
  • Compile, format, and organize simple financial data for reporting
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across client communications

Media & Client Onboarding Coordination

  • Help clients set up accounts on platforms such as Bursa Malaysia, media distribution portals, or IR-related systems
  • Liaise with media and service providers to ensure smooth onboarding and timely activation
  • Draft introductory messages, follow-up emails, and basic setup documentation
  • Monitor onboarding progress and flag any delays

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Prepare quotations, simple proposals, and internal documents
  • Maintain client folders, contact databases, and trackers
  • Support internal meetings: scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes
  • Assist with invoice tracking, internal filing, and process coordination
  • Complete general administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or related fields. Fresh grad are welcome to apply
  • Good written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
  • Prior experience in admin, media, communications, or IR is a plus
  • Proactive, well-organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Work Location: 106 Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
