Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily media coverage, compile reports, and analyse sentiment/trends.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, media landscape, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, media statements, speeches, and other communications materials.
  • Support content creation for corporate channels (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Assist in organising press events, media interviews, and internal/external campaigns.
  • Support in maintaining media and stakeholder databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, HR) to align communication initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the PR & Comms team.
  • Manage administrative tasks for relevant projects or events.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong comprehension skills, with the ability to understand information provided and execute tasks effectively.
  • Good writing and communication skills in English (proficiency in BM and/or Chinese is an advantage).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
