Who You Are:

Position Summary:The PTP Accountant is responsible for full accounts payable (AP) functions for local and overseas entities. This role includes ensuring accuracy and efficiency of AP processes and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter various types of AP invoices in AP ledger.
  • Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliation and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Compile and check invoices due for payment on timely basis.
  • Respond to supplier payment enquiries promptly.
  • Perform month end closing, verify, and analyze financial reports.
  • Support the financial audit activities independently.
  • Follow up withholding tax entries, forms and payments when required.
  • To assist the Section Manager in the day-to-day operations of AP section whenever required.
  • Any ad hoc requests required by the management.

Qualifications:

  • • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • • At least 1 years of working experience in similar capacity.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a dynamic environment.
  • • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • • Practical experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • • Able to speak and write in English is a must.
  • • Able to speak in Mandarin, Thai and Korean are preferred.
