About the role
Camidas Foods Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent and organised Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team in Melaka. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and processing invoices
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team
- Must handling E-Invoice for all the Five companies.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Preferable Chinese Speaking Candidate.
