Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling daily accounting activities including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
Prepare and maintain financial documents, records, and filing systems.
Performs accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Monitor and track outstanding payments and follow up when necessary.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Coordinate with internal departments/branch and suppliers on finance-related matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or Accountant.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Basic understanding of accounting entries and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
