About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. You will lead and contribute to the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to design execution, validation, and launch. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining product direction, shaping our design systems, and delivering intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy, direction, and priorities.
• Lead end-to-end product design development, including research, ideation, design, validation, and launch.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, etc.) to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights that influence design decisions.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Design elegant and scalable web and mobile interfaces that balance user needs and business goals.
• Build, maintain, and evolve the Product UI Library and Design System in collaboration with design and product teams.
• Facilitate usability testing, interpret feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure exceptional user experiences.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, and advocate for design excellence within the team.
• Mentor junior designers by providing guidance and feedback to elevate design quality across the organization.

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least 4 years of demonstrable experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and the end-to-end product development process.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable Design Systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the data domain or data-driven products is a plus.
• Experience with the Adobe Design Suite is an advantage.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for creating meaningful, user-friendly, and visually refined digital products.
