Responsibilities:

• Responsible to check and verify company's lorry driver and transporter claim.

• Resolved short supply, damaged and lost items.

• Liaison with transporter to negotiate transporter fee.

• Responsible to manage, compile and check delivery order documents monthly.

• Responsible to check promoter claim

• To support the department with other administrative tasks (e.g key in order in M3 system) when necessary.

• To perform any tasks as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• SPM with few years experiences in FMCG industries or Fresh graduate with Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• PC literate, good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin(added advantage).
