Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs including traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms and websites.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop digital marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and engage with online audiences.

SEO & Website Management

  • Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Update website content and ensure accuracy, relevance, and user experience.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital platforms.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Support marketing events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, CMS platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Good copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
