Detailed Job Scope: End to end recruitment. Full Cycle Recruitment end to end process (Sourcing to Onboarding)
- Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant position (get the necessary approved requisition form, job scope, level, etc)
- Posting of job adverts and shortlisting of candidates for Hiring Managers
- Liaison and arrangement for interviews between HR, Hiring Managers and candidates (inclusive of booking of interview rooms)
- Preparation of documents for interviewers – profile summary of candidates
- Offer letter preparation & negotiation with candidates
- Assist in other recruitment activities e.g. career fairs, university visits
Specific Skilled & Experience Required: Knowledge of end to end recruitment operations. Min 3 years experience
Work Location and Business Operation Hours: Midvalley or Shah Alam office (this needs to be further discussed as current team rotates between both offices depending on management)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
