Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with QAQC standards
  • Manage and monitor stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback effectively
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage
  • Liaise and coordinate closely with the Outlet Manager on operational matters
  • Monitor outlet performance, including sales, service quality, and operational efficiency
  • Generate and submit relevant operational and performance reports
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and regulatory requirements
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the F&B industry
  • Fully vaccinated with at least 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
  • Possess at least a Secondary School / SPM qualification in any field
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, energetic, and eager to learn
  • Preferably possesses own transport and is willing to commute as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
