What you'll be doing?
  • Design and Program: Create and implement PLC control systems for automated machinery and production lines.
  • Test and Maintain: Conduct thorough testing and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with maintenance and production teams to enhance machine performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot: Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to quickly resolve control issues.
  • Document: Maintain and update system documentation, electrical schematics, and backup programs.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance to keep automation systems running smoothly.
  • Support: Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and operators.
  • Compliance: Ensure all control systems meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with team members.
  • Skills: Knowledge in HMI/SCADA programming, sensors, drives, and control panel wiring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently and support breakdowns after office hours if required. Must be self-driven, take initiatives, and be responsible in handling tasks.
