Position Responsibilities:

  1. Department Coordination & Management:

  2. Oversee daily operations of the Equipment Department and lead team development.

  3. Equipment Procurement & Evaluation:

  4. Review equipment procurement plans, manage bidding processes, and supervise the acceptance, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.

  5. Equipment Operation & Maintenance:

  6. Monitor equipment performance, develop preventive maintenance and repair schedules, and resolve technical issues during operation and maintenance.

  7. Equipment Management:

  8. Participate in equipment incident investigations, formulate corrective actions, manage equipment archives, and generate reports on availability, utilization, and failure rates.

  9. Equipment Safety:

  10. Organize installation, commissioning, maintenance, inspection, and upkeep of production equipment; oversee special equipment management and operational safety.

  11. Equipment Improvement & Optimization:

  12. Drive equipment upgrades, modifications, and optimization; support process improvements to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 5 years of equipment management and maintenance experience, preferably in transformer or high-voltage switchgear manufacturing.
  3. Proficient in electrical automation control principles, PLC programming, and industrial sensor applications.
  4. Strong technical skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems; ability to interpret electrical schematics.
  5. Solid theoretical knowledge, exceptional professional expertise, proactive work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.
  6. Hold an electrician's license(High Voltage Electrician Certificate Or Low Voltage Electrician Certificate)
