Job Responsibilities :

  • Involve in process improvement and find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes.
  • Responsible to improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing & planning workflow based on space requirements & equipment layout.
  • Cost management according to budget and search for necessary equipment to maximize process capacity and process improvement.
  • To review and enhance the existing processes to maximize the efficiency of the process, machine capacity and productivity of production line.
  • To develop and design efficient manufacturing systems by conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials.
  • Conferring with equipment vendors to ensure timely equipment installation in order to meet operational goals.
  • Performing audit to the existing manufacturing processes to ensure the smoothness of processes and facilities.
  • Work closely with other departments like Production, QAQC, Maintenance to enhance current manufacturing routes for effectiveness and efficiency maximization.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with CGPA 3.0 / 2nd upper and above
  • Creative, innovative, strong team player, dedicated and committed, analytical, able to lead any improvement projects
  • Preferably some work experience in manufacturing environment
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
