Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for technical support to Sales PIC by providing proposals for new & existing products.
  2. To design carton structure based on customer requirement, product shape and properties to align customer process requirement within the budget.
  3. Preparing presentation slide & proposal report for customer.
  4. Conduct relevant lab test evaluation for study purposes, analysis for internal & external input.
  5. Online monitoring for the new development jobs in the production line.
  6. Attend to customer site for trial & test confirmation.
  7. Cost saving initiative activities for internal improvement and sustainability.
  8. Inter-department co-ordination and communicate actively with related stakeholders.
  9. To involve in ISO documentation & maintaining/improve the SOP.
  10. Generate a summary report for the new development activities on a weekly & monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or any equivalent field in packaging industry
  • Fresh graduate or experience in product design field will be an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in product development and good in presentation skills
  • Good in initiating solutions, project management and management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to travel
  • Readiness to explore and adapt with fast-paced environment
