Position Summary

This role oversees the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attraction to prevent accidents. You shall explain and enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures; assist water park guests in distress or in danger of drowning.

Responsibility

  1. To ensure a safe working environment at all times for both internal and external guests.
  2. To follow the standard operating procedures for Waterpark operations at all times.
  3. Open the pool/ride each day and close it down each evening, depending on schedule and hours.
  4. Monitor pools & rides-related activities closely throughout shift and identify any safety issues.
  5. Monitor weather reports closely to ensure safety of guests.
  6. To attend mandatory training scheduled by your superior & maintain minimum training as set down by the department's procedure.
  7. To attend briefing as required.
  8. Use and maintain water park facilities and equipment.
  9. Follow all health and safety procedures.
  10. Ensure Water Park is clean and tidy, litter picking and performing cleaning duties as required.
  11. To communicate and interact with guest professionally.
  12. Provide assistance to guest when appropriate and necessary.
  13. Keep yourself up-to-date with company information including promotions, product and services to be able to offer assistance to guest.
  14. To comply with company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  1. Must be able to pass written and practical skills exam for Third Party (SGE) Certification exams prior to duty.
  2. Must have visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents, and the physical ability to act swiftly in emergency situations.
  3. Must be physically fit
