JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand Client Needs: Identify client challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present Solutions: Deliver clear presentations and demos of products and services.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and competitors to find new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Equivalent work experience in sales or technology-related roles may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Additional certifications in sales, document management systems, or IT solutions (e.g., CRM, EDMS training) are a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in document scanning, storage, or EDMS solutions.
  • Experience working with industries like healthcare, pharmaceuticals, legal, or finance is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with document management systems, cloud storage, or related technologies is a plus.
