About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented
Senior Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and brand awareness for Pulse's HRTech and Fintech solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and implement sales campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor landscape.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
- Strong understanding of HRTech and Fintech solutions is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
