Position: Senior/ Sales Support Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, KL Sentral

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in preparing pricing documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to complete customer requests and ensure timely follow-up
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and statistics for internal and customer meetings
  • Act as a focal point of contact in the absence of Account Managers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and contribute to revenue growth
  • Manage customer relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Perform utilization analysis and corporate profiling
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve inter-departmental work processes

Ideal Candidate:We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized professional to support the sales team and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English; or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or client-facing roles, ideally within the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling.
