Job Responsibilities:

● Demonstrate proven experience in bookkeeping with a solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles, including accounts payable and receivable.

● Accurately calculate, post, and manage financial records, ensuring the integrity of accounting data.

● Exhibit strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail to maintain precise records.

● Showcase proficiency in using Xero accounting software and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

● Adapt to new technologies and accounting software with a willingness to learn and innovate.

● Communicate effectively in English, with additional language proficiency being advantageous.

Job Requirement:

● Minimum of SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience, especially in auditing, is preferred.

● Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

● Display a positive, can-do approach, with a passion for technology and a commitment to professional growth.

● Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading and writing). Multilingual candidates are highly valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
