JOB DECSRIPTION :

  • Develop and execute social media content calendars for the Selangor cluster malls.
  • Create engaging and trend-driven content (copy, visuals, and short-form videos) to grow audience engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns, events, and brand activations.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Sunway Malls' brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and recommend fresh ideas to keep our brand relevant and engaging.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing communications, social media, or digital content creation.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a plus).
  • Creative thinker with a good eye for design, visuals, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and Instagram Reels.
  • A team player with high initiative, energy, and passion for retail and lifestyle marketing.
