**Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities**
- Monitor ongoing brand presence and develop engaging content to attract and retain guests on website, and for OTA campaign/promo requirements.
- Brainstorm and generate ideas to increase guest engagement, improve brand presence & reach to broader targets to grow followers, website traffic, guest database, etc.
- Assist in responses to website & social media queries and comments.
- Plan and execute new promo/campaign for growth strategies.
- Generate performance reports regularly.

**Education, Experience & Expectation**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with B2C, social, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics & Adwords, social media, CRM software, marketing database and/or other campaigns.
- Skills in creative content writing.
- Experienced in optimizing the usage of digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Knowledge, Abilities & Skills**
- Self-initiative, ownership, listening skills, fast learner, responsiveness, positive work attitude, effectively manage workload, results-driven.
- In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Big passion for digital marketing.
- Possess own transport and able to travel when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
