Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
  • Coordinate food catering and other related in-flight requirements.
  • Serve beverages, snacks, and meals to passengers.
  • Check stock regularly to ensure adequate supply of beverages, toiletries, stationeries, etc before flight departure.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the aircraft interior prior to and after each flight.
  • Ensure first-aid kits and other emergency equipment are in good working order at all times.
  • Assist with passport collection including customs clearance and handling of luggages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years similar experience with an established airline
  • Posses pleasant personality, good customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
