Join us as an AI Application Development Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of intelligent applications. You will work with the latest large language models to build innovative solutions such as smart agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and automation assistants, while integrating AI seamlessly into real-world business platforms. This is a chance to be hands-on with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate across teams, and bring impactful AI capabilities from concept to production.

What You'll Do:

  • AI Application Design & Development: Build intelligent applications based on large model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs), such as Agent workflows, intelligent Q&A, report generation, and automation assistants.
  • Prompt & Dialogue Management: Write and optimize prompts, manage multi-turn conversations, and ensure model responses are stable and business-relevant.
  • Agent Framework Practice: Use frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Haystack to construct complex task flows (e.g., external tool/API calls, knowledge base retrieval, task orchestration).
  • Knowledge Base & RAG: Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based on vector databases, including text chunking, embedding management, and recall optimization.
  • Engineering & Integration: Package AI model capabilities into reusable APIs/services, integrate them into front-end and back-end business systems, and ensure performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Application Optimization & Iteration: Monitor model performance (accuracy, response time, cost) and continuously optimize.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business teams to drive real-world adoption of AI capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in AI application deployment.
  • Ability to independently design end-to-end AI solutions, including Agent workflows, knowledge base construction, and model optimization.
  • Familiarity with multiple Agent frameworks, with the ability to evaluate and select the best approach for specific business scenarios.
  • Experience with complex use cases (e.g., cross-system integrations, multi-Agent collaboration, compliance in finance/government sectors).
  • Deep practical knowledge of prompt strategies, context memory, and RAG architecture optimization.
  • Strong architectural design skills: able to productize AI applications (service-oriented, modular, multi-tenant), while ensuring stability, monitoring, and cost control.
  • Team collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor mid-level developers and lead projects to completion.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese vendors.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
