To support our rapid growth at HQ, we are establishing a new team in Malaysia. We are seeking high-caliber candidates who are English and Cantonese speakers to join our innovative and exciting IT solutions company.

Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and domain experts to design AI-driven solutions that solve real marketing and customer engagement challenges.


•⁠ ⁠Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover customer insights and identify opportunities for automation.


•⁠ ⁠Develop predictive and recommendation models (e.g., churn prediction, customer lifetime value, personalized offers) using CRM data.


•⁠ ⁠Build and optimize LLM-based applications (e.g., prompt workflows, RAG algorithms, multi-agent setups) to address customer-specific use cases.


•⁠ ⁠Participate in model deployment and integration work including API development, database optimization, and web application components.


•⁠ ⁠Create clear visualizations and presentations to communicate model insights and business impact to stakeholders.


•⁠ ⁠Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning, and proactively share insights or recommendations for improvement.

Requirements


•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.


•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.


•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).


•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in predictive modeling or recommendation systems using customer, transactional, or marketing data.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API) and RAG-based systems (vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone) is highly preferred.


•⁠ ⁠Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and deployment practices.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with development frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, React) and API design is a plus.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to translate business goals into AI solutions and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.


•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and collaborative, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


•⁠ ⁠Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders; Cantonese is a plus.


•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of relevant experience required; 3+ years will be considered for a Senior Data Scientist role.
