As a Senior WMS Implementation Consultant, your role involves being a client-facing expert, helping optimize operations through efficient WMS implementation. Here are the key aspects:

• Deep Understanding of WMS: You'll need to possess an in-depth understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and their functionalities. This knowledge will enable you to provide effective solutions to clients.
• Trusted Advisor: You'll serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal users. By offering practical software and operational solutions, you'll help them achieve their goals.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Effective collaboration within the consultant team is crucial. You'll lead and work closely with colleagues to ensure successful project execution.

Your core responsibilities include:

• You'll conduct thorough assessments of clients' WMS needs. This involves understanding their specific requirements and presenting relevant functionalities that align with their business processes.
• From the initial project design to configuration, testing, go-live, and ongoing customer support, you'll oversee the entire WMS implementation lifecycle. Your role ensures a seamless transition for clients.
• You'll partner with the sales team to configure and showcase the WMS solution to potential customers. Your expertise will help demonstrate the system's value and address any queries.
• Customizing the WMS system is a critical aspect. You'll tailor it to meet specific client needs, covering areas such as system flow, reporting, integration, data import, and more.
• Staying informed about new WMS features is essential. You'll master these updates and deliver effective training to clients, ensuring they maximize the system's benefits.
• Working closely with product and technical teams, you'll troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation or ongoing usage.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation is vital. Your contributions to project management processes will help streamline operations.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is preferred. However, candidates with a high school diploma and strong software programming experience will also be considered.
• Fluency in English and the local national language required
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are crucial. You'll need to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• A proactive, results-oriented attitude is highly valued. Combine this with optimism, patience, cooperation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• The role may involve travel for projects abroad.
