QUALIFICATIONS
:

• Min. 4 years of supervised ABA or behavioral intervention experience.
• Degree or Masters in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Certified BCBA, QBA, BCaBA, QASPS, RBT and ABAT, are encouraged to apply
• Has worked with a variety of case profiles — e.g. across different ages, functioning levels, and behavioural challenges (communication, social, adaptive, or emotional).
• Supervisory or team mentoring experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

At Miles Autism Academy, the Program Supervisor role is a trusted key person to the business and to ensure consistent high quality therapy service provided to all our students. The role also plays a big part in cultivating a positive and supportive culture for junior levels who are new to the special needs industry that can be challenging for them . Together with Case Consultants and the Directors, it will be a collective effort to attract & develop high caliber individuals as the organization expands.

Primary roles:

• Staff Supervision and Training:
   You will supervise and coach behavior therapists of your assigned cases, providing guidance and support in implementing ABA programs  effectively, and overseeing individual development. This includes setting growth targets for each therapist, overseeing their work, providing feedback, conducting internal trainings, conducting regular performance evaluations, and organizing training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Client Progress Monitoring:
  You will monitor and oversee client's programs progress and functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and ongoing data collection. You will also analyze data to monitor progress, make data based decisions, and adjust intervention strategies as needed or as per the objective of the IEP.

• Ensure Consistent Programs Implementation:
   You will ensure that IEP programs and behavior plans are implemented correctly and consistently by the Behavior Therapists as per designed in IEP. This may involve observing sessions, providing feedback, and making necessary adjustments to ensure treatment fidelity and optimal client progress.

• Data Collection & Monitor:
   You will assist in creating and documenting suitable data collection formats to facilitate behavior procedures and skill teaching data collection for your assigned cases.

• Advocacy & Education:
  You will be involved in creating educational content for different platforms, e.g., social media, publications, and etc. You may also be involved in participating in different autism related events to help advocate more people about autism and effective interventions.

• Parents Training & Workshops:
   You will be involved in parent trainings and advocacy workshops for our in-house clients / public.

• Administrative Duties:
  You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to program supervision, such as scheduling, case coordination, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Professional Development:
  You will have access to variety of ABA Therapy resources that are consistent with our practices in Miles Autism Academy. This may involve accessing to some ABA portals and reading materials, attending trainings, events, conferences, workshops, to enhance your own knowledge and skills.

• Leadership Spirit:
   Encouraging and guiding team members towards achieving industry requirements, company goals, core values; and going towards team directions responsibly.

Secondary Roles:

• IEP Program Development:
  While all students' IEP will be finalized by Case Consultant. You will be assisting in designing and developing IEP for clients based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This involves assisting Case Consultants in conducting skills / behavior assessments, proposing potential functional goals or data-driven intervention plans. And then finalize IEP with the Case Consultant.

• Replacement for absenteeism:
  You may be required to replace for absent therapists if there are no other therapists available.
