Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of the artistes & shows related engagement activities.

Develop good contacts & relationship in entertainment industry to enhance potentials.

Keep updated and informed of industry new trends & deals.

Develop creative concepts, putting different Artistes, bands and talents to perform together, good team efforts on concept creation.

Preparation of creative proposals in response to requirements and clients' expectations.

Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from all parties involved.

Artistes database management, entertainment proposal preparation.

Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or equivalent

Outgoing, social-able, good presentation skills preferably can speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Aggressive, Dynamic and able to work independently.

Must have a great command of spoken/ written English.

Creative and able to think out of the box concepts, problem solving skills, solution seeker.

Must have own transport, willing to travel local & overseas.

Photo & Video editing skills, Artistes profile creation.

Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects.
