About the Role

We are seeking a talented
AI Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that drive business impact. You will work on large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks, delivering scalable solutions across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to identify and develop high-impact AI use cases.
  • Design and implement AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, prompt chains, and tools-based agents.
  • Prototype and deliver AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
  • Apply modern AI solution patterns and integrate AI capabilities into business systems via APIs, middleware, or front-end applications.
  • Develop full-stack applications: front-end (React, ) and back-end , Python, FastAPI).
  • Implement secure authentication, role-based access, and seamless UX for AI tools.
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts to guide LLM behavior effectively.
  • Orchestrate modular AI pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Evaluate AI systems using metrics such as accuracy, latency, and hallucination rates; monitor production performance and implement improvements.
  • Deploy AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD/MLOps practices.
  • Document AI workflows, reusable components, and architecture patterns; share knowledge and best practices across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proven full-stack development experience (front-end & back-end).
  • Hands-on expertise in AI solutioning, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments.
  • Strong foundation in APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and search/retrieval systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver AI projects (portfolio, GitHub, or production deployments).
  • Proactive interest in emerging AI technologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field recognized by the Government.
