Job descriptions:

a. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns for property development projects.

b. Coordinate and organize events such as property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, media events, and community engagement activities.

c. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and agencies for event setup, logistics, and promotional materials.

d. Support the creation of marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, digital assets) in collaboration with the design team.

e. Manage social media content posting, website updates, and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

f. Prepare post-event reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness (ROI, lead generation, attendance).

g. Ensure smooth execution of events by handling on-site logistics, registrations, and customer engagement activities.

h. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to strengthen brand positioning.

i. Maintain good relationships with media, agencies, and business partners to support marketing activities.

j. Assist the Marketing Manager with budgeting, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to campaigns and events.

k. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis and related duties as and when necessary, as supervisor/Company management instructed.

l. Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing and events, preferably within property development, construction, or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
