Job Description

Production Engineer

  • Execute KPIs assigned by supervisors and ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Demonstrate technical and project capabilities to meet job demands.
  • Maintain self-discipline and personal KPI accountability.
  • Conduct process analysis and implement continuous improvement.
  • Handle production scheduling and resource dispatch.
  • Write and present improvement and project reports.
  • Plan and coordinate automation projects.
  • Perform unit cost and material cost calculations.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field.

· At least 2 years or above experience work as production engineer in semiconductor industry, manufacturing or EMS industry.

· Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (need to deal with Taiwan counterpart)
