Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Service Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Event Service Manager will be responsible for managing convention services, ensuring exceptional customer service, planning events, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. Daily tasks include overseeing event setup and execution, maintaining communication with clients, optimizing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly manage multiple events and provide high-level service to all guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Convention Services and Event Planning
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales experience and ability to optimize revenue opportunities
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel event software and management systems
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting is a plus
