Job Description: Finance Executive

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a
dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst
to support our
Dorman business operations
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial performance, monitoring production costs, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions and business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate financial performance against plans and budgets, identify variances, and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze all cost elements involved in Dorman production, including child part costs, sub-con costs, logistics, packaging, storage, and related expenses.
  • Provide input and participate in price revision exercises and cost calculations for Dorman business products.
  • Prepare and maintain the
    Statement of Comprehensive Income (SOCI)
    for the Dorman business.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend strategies to minimize potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    team to verify stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and investigate discrepancies.

Principal Accountability:

  • Responsible for producing accurate and timely financial and non-financial reports that enable management to evaluate performance and drive accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
    .
  • 1–2 years
    of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the
    automotive manufacturing industry
    .
