We are a Hong Kong–listed company with well-established manufacturing operations in Mainland China. Due to our continued business expansion, we are setting up a new factory in Malaysia and are now inviting high-calibre professionals to join our management team.
Position: Administration Manager
Location: Malaysia
Responsibilities:
•
Lead and manage all administration functions, including office management, procurement, logistics, corporate compliance, and facility operations.
•
Coordinate administrative activities among the new Malaysia site.
•
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support business efficiency and company growth.
•
Supervise administrative staff, monitor workflow, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all administrative support services.
•
Assist management in project coordination and provide administrative support for corporate and operational matters.
Requirements:
•
Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
•
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in office administration and management, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
•
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
•
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
