**About Us**: Kidocode is a leading educational technology company providing innovative learning solutions. We're seeking a skilled Administrative Manager to oversee our office operations, accounting processes, and HR administrative functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting including accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
- Manage employee claims, reimbursements, and vendor payment processes
- Control petty cash and perform reconciliations
- Develop and monitor operational budgets
- Oversee HR records including attendance, leave management
- Manage payroll administration and documentation
- Lead office maintenance and supply management
- Supervise administrative requirements across company branches
- Implement efficient filing systems for documents and records
- Manage general office correspondence
- Coordinate company meetings and events
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years experience in office administration or management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in HR administrative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- English fluency required, Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred
