Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, supervise, and manage daily site operations and construction activities.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
  • Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control materials, equipment, and manpower usage on site.
  • Conduct site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
  • Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and related PIC to provide regular project updates.
  • Ensure the final handover meets client satisfaction and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in residential construction, preferably bungalow or high-end housing projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools, MS Project, and AutoCAD (advantageous).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel or be stationed at site full-time.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
