Job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Senior Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support critical IT infrastructure, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to continuous system improvements across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, software licenses, passwords, network details, and warranties.
  • Manage and support the company's network infrastructure, including troubleshooting routers, switches, servers, and firewalls.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to resolve IT issues promptly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead and support IT-related projects, including implementation and upgrades.
  • Set up and support IT infrastructure for company events.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and applications.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general software environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
