  • Conducting research to identify target audiences, understand automotive industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as managing databases, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
  • Working closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands.
  • Handle all public relations/exhibition events and work closely with agencies including co-ordinate to dealers for event arrangement. Tiktok live is a must
  • Develop and organize events to sharpen the brand & products.
  • Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
  • Provide support, guidance, materials, and information to the dealer network when planning local events.
  • Monitoring public opinion, dealing with negative voices and brand crises.
  • Track key performance metrics across social media platforms such as engagement, reach and conversion rates
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Audit and analyze social media presences, including digital advertising cost and returns
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system, gathering necessary data according to the planned objective to determine efficacy and areas of campaign improvement
  • Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
