Job Scope

  • Perform end-to-end accounting activities independently, including receivables, payables, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules.
  • Perform data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparations.
  • Monitor and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and fund tracking.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, and relevant stakeholders on accounting-related matters.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Handle administrative duties related to accounting operations as required.

Requirement

  • LCCI Diploma or equivalent qualification in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in handling full set of accounts.
  • Computer literate with experience in accounting software.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount and UBS accounting systems.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
