Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement digital or automation solutions utilizing appropriate methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency, streamline complicated process and maximize productivity.
  • Responsible for maintaining digital / automation systems created, including software maintenance, troubleshooting, database maintenance, and backup operations to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.
  • Maintaining and optimizing the PLC and HMI programs that control our manufacturing machinery to ensure operation running efficiently.
  • Identify and diagnose issues with PLC-based systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems. Modify PLC programs to implement corrective actions and improve product quality.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital engineering, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to production and maintenance teams on system operation and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain proper technical documentation including program file, user manual, wiring diagrams and other relevant documentation.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Engineering Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical or any related fields.
  • At least 1 years of working experience, however, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding regarding PLC, software and database programming will be considered as an added advantage.
