About the role

Join CRBC KUCHING ART BLUELINE 2' as a Human Resources Manager, taking on a key position within this dynamic and growing construction company based in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time role will see you overseeing all aspects of human resources management, contributing to the continued success of the organisation.

JOB RESPOINSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged organizational culture
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company's business goals
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in Malaysia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Morning: 8am - 1130am

Afrernoon: 2pm - 6pm

Sunday (Rest Day)
